-These are the general conditions for booking and/or canceling at Viviendas Rurales el Cantón, hereinafter referred to as Kaliza Rural.
-Kaliza Rural is not responsible for any reservation that has not been confirmed in writing.Carefully review the details of your reservation, as these are the ones registered in our system. If there are any discrepancies, please communicate them immediately.Through our website, we provide an online platform through which we offer our apartment, and website visitors can make reservations.By making a reservation through viviendaselcanton.com, you enter into a direct contractual relationship (legally binding) with the accommodation you have booked. From the moment you make your reservation, the website acts solely as an intermediary between you and the accommodation, transmitting the reservation details to the accommodation and sending you a confirmation email on behalf of the accommodation.Our services are for personal use only and not for commercial purposes. Therefore, it is not permitted to resell, create deep links, use, copy, monitor (e.g., spider, scrape), display, download, or reproduce the content, information, software, products, or services available on our website for any commercial or competitive activity.It is necessary to remember that in case of any incident that may delay your arrival, you must communicate with the accommodation to confirm this, especially if it will occur after 20:00 hours on the day of the scheduled arrival.In no case will a greater number of people than the capacity for which the apartment is prepared be admitted, reserving Kaliza Rural the right of admission, or, if necessary, eviction.Reservation cancellation will incur a penalty on the deposit according to this table, always with a minimum established amount of €10 for management fees.To formalize the reservation, 30% of the total stay must be paid via Virtual POS; the remaining 70% will be paid upon arrival.Cancellation: up to 30 days before arrival, 100% of the deposit will be refunded; up to 7 days before, 50% of the deposit; and less than 7 days, the deposit will not be refunded.In the event that Kaliza Rural is forced by force majeure to cancel the reservation made by the customer, the total amount paid will be refunded.At all times, the Customer is fully responsible for all data provided to Kaliza Rural and its accuracy, including personal information and details regarding the number of people occupying the accommodation (including children of any age).The Customer agrees to communicate any irregularities or deficiencies they may find in the accommodation as soon as possible, and always during their stay, to Kaliza Rural.Kaliza Rural will resolve any anomalies or deficiencies promptly, provided that the causes claimed are verified as true.Any complaint made by the Customer after leaving the property will not be addressed due to lacking the most basic criteria to process the complaint.It is reminded that smoking and holding parties or events in the accommodation is not allowed.You are reminded that you will be staying with other guests in other accommodations; please respect their peace and rest.Check-in is from 17:00 hours.Check-out must be completed before 11:00 hours.
